Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to recognise returning visitors. If you decline, nothing is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser (nz-consent) and can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Who receives the data
- Form delivery: messages are transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-to-e-mail service, and delivered to our e-mail and to our customer-relationship system (monday.com). These providers process the data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
- Analytics: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics / Tag Manager). Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Hosting: our web hosting provider, which stores server logs.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info [at] neptunezero.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
