We built what we would have wanted on our own desks.
Before Neptune Zero, we worked in the technical, operations and performance teams of shipping companies. We relied on the noon reports the vessels sent us, answered the verifiers and defended the claims from the figures we had.
We knew how much rested on those figures, and how little anyone could do to check them: typed once a day, or read from sensors nobody had the means to question. That was simply how it was done.
We decided to build the means we never had.
Data collected from the sensors, checked before anyone uses it, and a team that answers for its quality, offered as a service to the companies that live with the same problem. Get the source right, and everything downstream is right with it.
